Passing on the Spirit of the United University

The Tengchong Scientists Forum (abbreviated as TSF; hereinafter referred to as "the Forum") was jointly initiated by Gu Binglin, former president of Tsinghua University, Xu Zhihong, former president of Peking University, and Rao Zihe, former president of Nankai University. It is co-sponsored by the People's Government of Yunnan Province and the China Association for Science and Technology, and supported by Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Nankai University. The forum is committed to inheriting the spirit of the Southwest United University, promoting the spirit of science and scientists, and building an advanced academic exchange platform, a platform for interaction between government, industry, academia, and research, a platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and a platform for scientific and technological cooperation between China and South and Southeast Asian countries.
