On July 8th, 2025, Ma Minxiang, Deputy Director of Yunnan Academy of Science and Technology and Deputy Director of the Tengchong Scientists Forum Organizing Committee Office, led a delegation to Yunnan University for a working meeting. The meeting focused on preparations for the 2025 Tengchong Scientists Forum’s prallel session - University Presidents Forum. Professor Duan Xingwu, Vice President of Yunnan University hold the meeting.

Attendees included representatives from the Tengchong Scientists Forum Department, Forum Center, and Yunnan University Party and Administrative Office, Office of Scientific Research, and Office of International Cooperation and Exchange.

During the meeting, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the detailed arrangements for the upcoming University Presidents Forum. Key topics included conference logistics, international coordination, reception arrangements, and the distribution of invitations to distinguished guests. The discussions clarified work priorities and resulted in important consensus.

Both sides unanimously committed to close collaboration and proactive coordination throughout the subsequent preparation phase to ensure the smooth and successful execution of the 2025 University Presidents Forum.
