Recent days saw Lunan Pharmaceutical Group and the Organizing Committee Office of the Tengchong Scientists Forum hold a symposium to advance strategic cooperation regarding the Tengchong Scientists Forum Industrial Park.

A delegation from the Organizing Committee of the Tengchong Scientists Forum visited New Era Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the Traditional Chinese Medicine Processing and Extraction Experimental Platform, and the National Key Laboratory for the Integration and Innovation of Classical Formulas and Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine.

During the symposium, a representative from the Tengchong Scientists Forum Organizing Committee spoke highly of Lunan Pharmaceutical Group’s comprehensive capabilities and brand philosophy. He outlined the background and development objectives of the Tengchong Scientists Forum, expressed gratitude for Lunan Pharmaceutical Group’s support for the Tengchong Scientists Forum Industrial Park, and emphasised the Forum’s commitment to establishing a high-calibre, international and results-oriented platform for scientific exchange. He stated that the Tengchong Scientists Forum is dedicated to advancing the modernisation of traditional Chinese medicine and innovation in food technology. He expressed the hope that this symposium would serve as an opportunity to facilitate the implementation of the Tengchong Scientists Forum Industrial Park project, and that this collaboration would spur substantive cooperation on other projects, thereby jointly contributing to the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry in Yunnan and across the nation.

The representative from Lunan Pharmaceutical Group, drawing on the company’s flagship product ‘Qidali®’, elaborated in depth on the practical application of the ‘Zhongzheng Pinghe’ (Centrality, Righteousness, Harmony) philosophy in product development and corporate management. He stated that ‘Zhongzheng Pinghe’ is not merely a form of life wisdom, but a practical approach that permeates the entire process from product design and production techniques to patient care. Lunan Pharmaceutical Group will continue to guide product development with this philosophy, strengthening the dual-drive of scientific research and corporate culture. Looking ahead, it is hoped that both parties will, based at the Tengchong Scientists’ Forum Industrial Park and leveraging the forum’s resources, deepen cooperation in areas such as the development of medicinal plant resources, the expansion of international markets, and the exploration of standards for trace element characteristics in authentic medicinal materials, thereby jointly promoting the global reach of Yunnan’s traditional Chinese medicine.

The meeting was attended by representatives from the Office of the Organizing Committee of the Tengchong Scientists’ Forum, the Forum Division and the International Cooperation Division of the Yunnan Academy of Sciences, and relevant departments of the Lunan Pharmaceutical Group.
