It collaborates with the Provincial Forum Office and the Provincial Forum Center to research the development strategy of the Tengchong Scientists Forum, assists in formulating and organizing the implementation of the forum's operational development plan, and improves the mechanisms and operation methods for hosting the Tengchong Scientists Forum.
